Hi All.
I am trying to setup a sip server, I am not using any GUI asterisk such as
trixbox, pbxinaflash or asterisk now. I do not have a FXO/FXS card. I wont
be using it. It is only a SIP server when SIP clients can communicate each
other
I installed asterisk 11 on centos 6.5 as per the documentation given in the
url
http://blogs.digium.com/2012/11/05/how-to-install-asterisk-11-on-centos-6/
After installing it I am referring the url for creating the extensions
https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Creating+SIP+Accounts
I did the necessary changes in the sip.conf file as given in the
documentation.
They are also mentioning about making a copy of " pjsip.conf" file and
editing it, I did not find such file in my system, may be because I do not
have the telephone interface card it is not showing there
Now my doubt is that how and where to create SIP extensions
Advice requested
thanks
Joseph John
