Is there a repository of such cases like the "cases in Europe." I would expect such cases to get much publicity in the Linux forums e.g. slashdot. The first such case that I recall, occured in Calif., US involving a Toshiba notebook. The customer did not agree to the MS EULA and was able to get a refund from Toshiba (after much arguments). The other case, I recall was an UK customer (again a notebook) who got a refund from Dell/UK for not agreeing to the Windows EULA. -- Arun Khan _______________________________________________ To unsubscribe, email [EMAIL PROTECTED] with "unsubscribe <password> <address>" in the subject or body of the message. http://www.ae.iitm.ac.in/mailman/listinfo/ilugc
