-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi all, I recently found kevents as an interesting alternative to the wacky polling which I do in some of my code. It seems that kevents (or kernel events) is a relatively newer addition to Linux especially considering the fact that its been there in the BSD kernel for a while.
I googled around and found this lwn article, http://lwn.net/Articles/172844/ But thats where the problem starts. Given the super-n00b I am, I couldn't really grasp it and hence, would gladly treat someone with maggi if he/she could point me to some code which uses these to good effect. Also, are there any good books which I should be looking at?
