BIOS doesn't have option for USB. It only has Floppy/internal HDD/DVD. Is usb option available with latest MBoard? I am using intel845GV. Is there any second option like "Boot using one OS then execute some script to boot the OS, installed on external HDD"?

This is something to do with your Motherboard. You might find this option in the BIOS, while booting. Usually you can get in there by pressing 'DEL' or 'F2' just after powering on.
