As another poster has already pointed out, MS uses Akamai and netcraft is
reporting information from the Akamai servers.

Incidentally, MS IIS 6 and MS IIS 7 have no existing exploitable
vulnerabilities while Apache does.

Secunia is hardly a reliable source. For one thing, they count on vendor accepting something as a vulnerability before listing it. That makes it easier for proprietary software vendors who are typically the only source to just claim otherwise. Your point might still stand but the source is suspect.
