Sorry for what I have done. But actually I have gone through the previous 
mailling list, but as I told earlier I am too new user for Linux. That's why I 
didn't get almost anything. Thank you for your Google suggestion... I will

First of all, please read up the list's posting guidelines.  The subject 
line should be meaningful indicative of your problem.  If everyone 
posts their problem with a subject line like yours then ...

The Tata Indicom USB dongle and Linux has been discussed in many forums.  

Did do any search to find the solution?

A Google search "tata indicom usb modem linux" gave me a solution in
the 
2nd page.
