Besides, the feedback that others have given you about your diclaimer lines, you should also *not* recycle messages from an existing thread. It messes up threaded views in email clients. Simply changing the subject line is not sufficient. From what KMail displays, it appears you recycled the posting with subject "rubynokii pre alpha 0.1.1 released..." The effort required to compose a "new" v/s "recycling" is the same. Coming back to your question, take a close look at the "splashimage=" line.
