details of arrival and departure timing and place and also dates for
which you require room booked. Also please give your personal
employment details for the brochure. Please do not put just 'ILUGC'
as these are academic institutions and they would like more details.
@dr ilango krishnamurthi - kindly book the rooms and make transport
arrangements. The room bills will be settled by me during the workshop.
