You can also make use of tools like Clonezilla, which can take a snapshot of your hard disk after you have installed and configured the first machine to meet your requirements. Then just copy this image using Clonezilla to all other harddisks. You might require to do minimum configuration changes and fixes if it doesn't work. This serves wonderfully well if all your computers share similar hardware spec. Also, if you have a backup of your master image safely, even if one of the machine conks off, you can easily get back the machine to starting point with minimal effort.
