Is this generally available or only through those who are Canonical 
partners?

A synaptic search for "zimbra" comes up with NULL.  I have main, 
universe, restricted, and multiverse in my repo list.  BTW, one can 
download the Zimbra suite for distros in RPM/DEB format from the Zimbra 
site.
