Find out the chip manufacturer using `lspci -v`. Then you have to get
the particular driver for the card and install it manually. To find
out the exact driver perhaps Google is the only way unless you know
it. Please read [1]. Though it is for CentOS, but I believe it'll be
similar for Redhat also.
