Dear LUGs,
I createa an open office text document in Ubuntu 8.04
using tamil language. I used tamil unicode font 'lohit-ta.ttf'. I converted
the document from 'odt' extention to 'sxw' for RHEL4 machine which is having
open office 1.1. document is open and show the content in Open office 2.4.
In RHEL4, it is open and shows only english words which is used in the
document.
I copied 'lohit-ta.ttf' to /usr/share/fonts/openoffice/ , eventhogh it is
not working.
If i am using bamini, RCL-Bharathiyar and tam-ananthi, all are working. All
fonts are true type fonts.
what is the problem?
any other drivers is required?
