1. Are you 100% sure that your print server (built in with router) 
supports printing over http?

2. Is lpt1 the printer queue or the simply the port name?  Read the 
route documentation and confirm the print "queue" name associated with 
the printer port.

I am sure your router/print server supports "lpd" protocol as well.
In CUPS config. try lpd://192.168.1.10/<printer queue name>

And no, unlike Windows, the print queue will not show up on the list.  
You simply have to know it.  Some printer setup util. like in openSUSE 
can probe and verify if the lpd daemon is accepting jobs.
