Hi,
Try to use 'Tight VNC' in windows and 'remote desktop connection or VNC
viewer' in Linux PC. I already tried it over LAN. I made it VNC server in
Linux and Tight VNC in windows for teaching Linux in my office.
Some other cross platform remote accessing software like MAC to Linux, MAC
to Windows etc is also available. search it in web.
