Yes . It is not open source in true sense . But if you buy the commercial license then you can see the source code. I dont know how you classify this . It is a client / server and so you can deploy in term server mode also. It is a replacement for Intuit " quickbooks" .I do not know how relevant it is to Indian market but I am interested in knowing .
