Use svn copy (http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.0/re07.html) or svnadmin
hotcopy (http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.0/re33.html) - the latter for
copying the whole repository if needed.

And if I may suggest, please use google to try to find an answer before
sending a mail on the list. The first google result for 'svn copy' gives the
answer. And the svnbook(http://svnbook.red-bean.com/) has extensive
easy-to-understand documentation.
