Hi Steve, does adding "usepeerdns" allow for the updation of resolv.conf automatically or does it just direct the network to use the dns servers ? ..... I have been using wvdial since Fedora 6( long before NM was stable), .. some habits are not easy to lose... :-) .. I have removed the resolv.conf file and tried reconnecting with wvdial, but the file is not updated ( or rather created) automatically, and yeah I did add the "ussepeerdns" option to /etc/ppp/options .
