Thank you for the infor, Rahul. All your links are talking about the
remix/spins from the fedora. Here we cant RECOMPILE the kernel and other
stuffs. I gone through the video given in the 2nd link. Really its a useful
video for Howto create a new distribution from Fedora10. Not from the the
source rpm. Hope you got me what I am expecting. For example, we cant edit
the logo, background and other images of Anaconda in Remix method. But I
want to modify the source of the anaconda includes images; recompile; create
the rpm and finally create a new distro. Any idea about Linux From Scratch?.

Remixes can do any sort of customization they need including building from a source rpm. If you just want to rebrand Anaconda, there is no reason to build from a source rpm. All of the branding can be replaced easily. You just have to remove fedora-logos and replace it with generic-logos in the kickstart file. For an example, refer

ftp://ftp.infradead.org/pub/spins/omega-livecd-desktop.ks

If you must rebuild Anaconda, you can do so and define a custom repository by using createrepo.
