Dear All, I am trying to control the GPS modem available with me connected to serial port (COM1) from command line. I am using Windows XP Professional on the machine to which the modem is connected.
I have created a text file (sms1.txt) which contains the following contents: ATD +919490313696; and I am executing the following from command prompt: copy sms1.txt com1: I am able to make a call to the number specified in ATD command. I am trying to send an SMS in the similar fashion. Does any body have an idea of how to go about it and if any person has success in this area. Please help me understand how to go about it.
