I'm sorry that I'm out of station exactly when this mail was sent. I was not aware that this was an issue. In principle, we should not have a problem hosting this service at IMSc. We could not only provide ssh root access, we could perhaps even provide physical access! However, since I am out-of-station it will be until next week that I can confirm this.
