Hi ! There are plenty of solutions but for such projects we need more details. 1) Is it a video surveillance or media stored in a PC ? 2) You say "through the web" ! Do you mean to say the video content viewable from a browser ? This becomes another issue compared to streaming media from a server. You will then need a web server also !
