Here are the steps:
1. use google -- "linux kickstart howto", "linux kickstart tutorial",
are good search terms
2. read online documentation
3. try your hand at installing/following the docs
4. if you get stuck, post specific questions to the mailing list
Please note that the same solution can be applied to most problems.
