ilugc.in is a community site. Bala is registered it for ILUGC and he
assured that it will remain as community site. Plz don't make

I really appreciate the work done towards ilugc.in by Balachandar.
I also strongly feel that ilugc.in being the website of a community,
should be run by the community (as ilugc.org is setup to be) rather than
an individual.
