Here is the highlight of discussion
a.Birla Planetarium authorities in principle agreed for venue.
b.We should give a formal letter- Thyagu and Bharati will take care of this..
c.We can have about 25 stalls.
d.We will call interested colleges to have stall - max.2 per college.
e.They can choose the topics or if required we can suggest.
f.ILUGC will have upperhand in deciding the topic.
g.MIT students have accepted to have two stalls - one on multimedia, other
topic to be decided.
h.ILUGC Volunteers are required for various tasks. Details of task
I shall post soon.
i.We are planning to have some tutorial sessions also.
j.BP will provide about 10-15 computers.
