Tcpdf seems to server my purpose to some extend. I took some html tamil text from ta.wikipedia and gave it as an input to generate pdf. The output pdf doesn't preserves the context of the word. For example let us take the input text வடகாடு இந்தியாவின் தமிழ்நாடு மாநிலத்தில் புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டத்தில் ஆலங்குடி தாலுகாவில் அமைந்திருக்கும் ஓர் அழகிய கிராமமும் ஒரு பெரிய ஊராட்சியும் ஆகும் The output pdf is not readable looks as below http://img41.imageshack.us/img41/3383/screenshotih.png I am on ubuntu 9.04, keyboard and language setup English.
