But off late we see lot of useless discussions generating heat. They put off newbies. As a result the LUG suffers a lot. Compare the response for volunteering we got in 2004 with 2009. Till date nobody volunteered for several topics. That is a shame on us. One of the main cause is too much of noise resulting in students running away.
