Hi Peopo,
Whenever I update distro (Fedora 11) the user account which i used gets
crashed i can`t login the same account again (used for update). I googled
but no result found. It happens third time in a row. Is there any problem
with Gnome.Right now i can`t login as root in GUI.
After an update (especially one that updates a whole lot of packages) it is
always a good idea to logout/go to runlevel 1 and return back/reboot.

Root login in GUI was disabled in Fedora quite a while back. Unless you changed
the behavior, you would not have been able to login as root from the GUI before
the update too.
hth,
