I also spoke to a big reseller in Chennai and got to know that the big
firewall vendors do offer outgoing link load balancing but the incoming
link level load balancing is the issue.
I guess OP is not looking for commercial/paid gear. Subject seems to
suggest outgoing load balancing and not incoming. In any case,
simplistic incoming connection balancing can be done using RR DNS. I've
also rarely seen incoming load balancing requests.
Information given so far is pretty sparse. I do not see 2 internet links
anywhere in the info sent so far too. OP needs to troubleshoot and set
up basic network.
