Hi, Say you got a spindle of 50-100 CD's and you're eager to share out the latest karmic koala or fedora 12 CD's or DVD's with your neighbours. Giving away CD's loose is definitely not a good guarantee that all the rough handling and the dust will allow the OS to boot up properly. So is it not possible to also buy 100 CD/DVD jackets.
What we can do is check out an illustrated tutorial like the one at http://www.papercdcase.com/about.php and make your own paper CD cases.
