I have been using basket. Its a great tool for taking notes and also good to manage basic todo lists. But beyond that, you can not really sync todo lists with other apps, send out email/sms alerts etc. with basket. I always look at it as an alternative to MS One Note and not to a Calendar/Organizer/Task Manager.
