Go to shoutcast.com and have fun playing Tamil music! You have to give the -playlist option since many streaming radio stations have a m3u or some other playlist format for their Internet radio stations. You can also stream video from the web using the same command line. Basically any mplayer playable file can be played using the above command since mplayer automatically streams using http or ftp.
