When you say, that you are teaching/training others. Then you need come out
of your solution document[1]. Then it would be easy or your may feel
comfortable to an explain the concepts with the confident, Also you could
tackle their questions in nice manner.

If you look into others solution it may look easy for them, not for us. It's
just a thought. I feel the same way whenever I took some ready  made code
samples to the training session I feel hard.
