[Ilugc] how to install TeXlipse plugin in eclipse3.2

hi!i am karthick please tell me how to install texlipse plug-in in
eclipse3.2.i have downloaded the (texlipse) plug-in, i want to install it to
my eclipse3.2 i am using ubuntu 9.04
