I am afraid I cannot assume what is not said. The [commercial] tag is for foss/oss related commercial stuff - if it was for oracle on linux/bsd platform - even then I have my doubts. In all these cases, one must ask: 'what if every one does it?' The answer is: 'this list will be flooded with job posts for expertise in non-free tools'.
