i am happy to share this piece of information with you all. the London stock exchange has switched to Linux-based MilleniumIT trading platform.The LSE expects significant performance increases and cost savings over its current Microsoft .NET based TradElect system. The Linux based trading platform is estimated to be able to process about 50 times more transactions.
