Ok. I am sorry I misunderstood (I, for some reason, assumed another site in your
post implied a different site that you owned).
You can use Google Analytics to track internal/external links:
http://www.google.com/support/googleanalytics/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=55527
...or use the same method (ie: a javascript call) after changing the call to
pageTracker._trackPageview() to your own recording function.
