    for example, if a user want to install vlc player, he can directly
download vlc.deb_bundle from Internet, save into his pen drive and
come back to his system and run this command
$ ./Bundle_Installer  vlc.deb_bundle
this zip file will contain all dependencies itself.

I think, in PolicyKit, users have to make service packs. I am trying
to create some of the central repo of bundle for every software which
can be transferable and installed using one click Or one command.

Still need input, as I am trying to make process easier.
