I think you have to create a login, and then download it. Then, you will have to *buy* a serial key [ fake serials are also available, check out ;) ]. But rather than doing this, I strongly suggest you look at virtualbox, which is free and open source, and is rapidly developing. AFAIK, virtualbox does not support 3D acceleration in guest systems, but VMWare does.
