Yes. i have the keys. This is test network. both VPN endpoints are in my 
control. i can get the keys.
Please note i can able to decrypt the IKEv2 packets.

But IKEv1 or ISAKMP packets not able to decrypt. Wireshark manual says, pass 
the pluto log file under Protocol ref->ISAKMP.
I am not sure  what is that mean..
