the original meaning of LAMP was Linux Apache Mysql and Perl. Now it has a generic meaning: L - any operating system like Linux, BSD, Solaris etc A - a webserver like apache, nginx, cherokee, lighttpd etc M - a database like Postgresql, sqllite or Mysql P - a scripting language like perl, python, ruby etc > how many days it will take to learn and is there any job opportunites for > this programme ? you have to learn one each of the above 4 and also learn how to configure them. In addition knowledge of html, css and javascript is necessary. For time I would say about 6 months, depending on what you know.
