Well I like to make few points as a guidelines [1] for announcing the topics for the monthly meet. 1. To do for Speakers - Name of the Topic . - A brief note on the topic not exceeding the 50 words [numbers doesn't matter really]. - URL for the subject. - Any samples codes or presentations if the speaker want to share with the participants. - Please send a off-line [private] mail to the lug organisers stating your interest, appropriate SUBJECT to the mail and with the above mentioned details. - It would be easy for him consolidate the list of the talks for the monthly meet and publish it in the list as a single thread instead of every flooding the list.
