Sorry for sounding pessimistic . But finding 3 talks for 3 different
scenarios in one day of the month is quite challenging ! Added to
that the physical numbers being below 20 . Maybe its an idea to bring
more participants as well as audience from different fields of
expertise .

I would suggest to plan something like announcing via
different medium(friend to friend ) a newbie talk which would IMHO
gather more newbies . Once you get the numbers the above thing(3
talks) would become easy .
