Watch out for problems in recognition of USB Pendrives from the thin
clients appearing ont he server desktop to appear. Make it appear
somehow.

Centos is a no-brainer choice, Two years of MBA is too long a period
for the Fedora/Ubuntu upgrade threadmill Unless there is a full time
admin running around fixing LCD projectors and device not being
recognised.

B-school entrants are not capable, by and large, to use a
sophisticated package like R. They want far more "easy" packages.
Hell, msot don't know what is SPSS/Tally.

Stick to Openoffice 3.2 as it is capable of reading Password protected files.

If you are brave check out openproject. rarely used.

Give them solid browser, Adobe reader, media players (yes, those
ph-MBAs and their stoneage teachers love animation, videos etc0
