All the software RHEL has, are free only.
You can get them in source format in their respective repositories.
You can get the source and compile them yourself.

Downloading the source, compiling, building RPM, verifying, certifying them,
monitoring them for any update, giving patches and updates to existing system
are the part of support and they all needs a lot of resource.
Thats why RedHat is asking money.
