no. For example Tulu, Kodava and Kannada are all written in the Kannada 
script. Konkani is written in Malayalam script in Kasargod, Kannada script in 
Karnataka, and roman and devnagiri script in Goa. Bhojpuri, Maithili, 
Chatisgarhi and many other north Indian languages are written in devnagiri 
script
