That is strange indeed, if you are a member you should be receiving the messages depending on what you have chosen i.e. digest or indvidual messages. Also check your SPAM folder - a few legit messages land up there. I use Knode to read GMANE'S archives (not RSS feed) in USENET (NNTP) format.
