This is a valid concern. Can we consider monthly webinars for specific topics?

Even though they will not have the same effect as physical meetings,
webinars have the potential to reach more people (who can not attend
physical meetings).

As an added advantage presentations and talks will be available in
digital form for sharing and future reference.

We tried http://www.dimdim.com/ some time back, which was quite good
and free (no cost).
