this is wrong - totally wrong. As all of us well know 'code of conduct' is a 
fancy word for etiquette. And the open source world has laid *great* emphasis 
on etiquette always. And codes of etiquette have been there long before Mark 
Shuttleworth came on the scene. 

As for tribalism - who coined the word 'linux for human beings'? Those using 
other distros are animals? Anyway it is good thing he is against fanbhois - 
maybe this will evoke some response in the fanbhois of the distro that has the 
largest number of fanbhois going?
