Network interface was the issue I think but I am not sure.
I changed the order of the adapters, host-only first and NAT as second.
I couldn't find the host-only adapter settings in /etc/network/interfaces.
Added it manually.
With this I still couldn't access the web page.
Then set the 'server.socket_host' (CherryPy config setting) to guest's
ip and tried, it worked!
Should have thought of this earlier.
