Publish the summary from your list activities on ILUGC so that people here are also will help you in your initiatives in your community. I would request you to check out various FOSS clubs in colleges here http://www.ilugc.in/foss-clubs . I have watched the great activites by these groups (Locally + being part of ILUGC) 1.
